LivingLight Marketing provides digital marketing services for property management companies, including paid advertising, funnel building, CRM setup, and AI-driven lead follow-up.
We guarantee 60 qualified leads within 90 days for eligible clients. If we do not meet the minimum threshold, the client will not be charged for that month and we will continue working at no cost until the guarantee is met. Eligibility and qualification criteria are defined in the client agreement.
Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. All payments are non-refundable except where required by the lead guarantee terms.
LivingLight Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.
